How Can severe Vomiting Along With Dizziness Be Treated?

My friend has had four years without anyone medically able to diagnose her problem & giving help. She has endured ENT treatment, physical therapy, medications, etc. No one has been able to help. Now she s experiencing another bout of extreme vomiting, inability to walk alone because of room spinning, etc. What kind of treatment should she seek?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

The symptoms of friend seem to be related to vertigo due to inner ear problems. I suggest you to suggest your friend Meclizine Hydrochloride (Vertex) to relieve the symptoms. If the symptoms continue a consult with an ENT specialist is needed for further evaluation and treatment.

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi,
